Late last week, Honda announced that in addition to the Clarity Fuel Cell's late 2016 release, it's model line would also be supplemented by the addition of the Honda Clarity Electric and Clarity Plug-In Hybrid, slated for a 2017 release. This is a history-making decision on Honda's part as it will make the Clarity the first vehicle in the automotive industry to have a fuel cell, electric, and plug-in hybrid configuration all based on the same platform.
