Step-by-Step Guide to Replacing Honda Wiper Blades
Step 1: Choose the Right Wiper Blades
Before starting, ensure you have the correct wiper blades for your Honda model. You can find this information in your owner’s manual or consult with our parts department at Piedmont Honda.
Step 2: Lift the Wiper Arm
Lift the wiper arm away from the windshield until it locks in a vertical position. Be careful not to let the arm snap back against the windshield, as this could cause damage.
Step 3: Remove the Old Wiper Blade
Locate the small tab on the underside of the wiper blade where it meets the wiper arm. Press the tab and slide the blade downwards to remove it from the hook.
Step 4: Attach the New Wiper Blade
Take the new wiper blade and slide it onto the hook until you hear a click, indicating it’s securely in place. Gently lower the wiper arm back onto the windshield.
Step 5: Test the New Wiper Blades
Turn on your wipers to ensure they are working correctly and clear the windshield effectively.
