Honda adds a plug-in hybrid and electric configuration to upcoming Clarity

Though fuel cell vehicles have been around for quite some time, they have never been incredibly popular. Now, Honda aims to change the profile of the fuel cell vehicle with its much-anticipated Honda Clarity Fuel Cell.

Late last week, Honda announced that in addition to the Clarity Fuel Cell's late 2016 release, it's model line would also be supplemented by the addition of the Honda Clarity Electric and Clarity Plug-In Hybrid, slated for a 2017 release.

Honda Plans for an Electric Future

Honda Offers First Look at All-New Clarity Fuel Cell Sedan

This morning, Honda issued a press release with the exciting announcement that the company's all-new fuel cell vehicle (FCV), Clarity, will be shown this week at the 2016 New York International Auto Show.
